The project meeting in Portugal on March 18, 2019 allowed partners to get an overview of the project and its progress for the first 6 months, consolidate the results and the survey analysis. Work on the mapping of skills has been started. Management, financial issues were discussed and evaluation and monitoring as well as the dissemination of the project were undertaken. Presentation and discussion of product dissemination materials. The second steering committee was held.
The Transnational Project Meetings (TPM) are really important to build the team and generate mutual trust and involvement in the project. The TPM will also be part of the evaluation process and the evaluator will provide feedback on the work, results and management to the partnership.
